Appels

Jump in time.

Have a glimpse at next autumnal season! I know, just now we can't wait for spring but there will certainly be harvest time in 2015, too - in case the world continues to turn!

The stunning fragile porcelain which I lend for this production was made bei Brigitta Schrader.  www.brigittaschrader.de

Have yourself a merry little Christmas ...

... let your heart be light
from now on
our troubles will be out of sight

have yourself a merry little Christmas
make your Yuletide gay
from now on
our troubles will be miles away

here we are as in olden days
happy golden days of yore
faithful friends who dear to us
gather near to us once more

through the years we all will be together
if the fate allows
hang a shining star
upon the highest bough
and have yourself
a merry little Christmas right now

Gift idea

Xmas is knocking at the door ...
Looking for an individual present for friends and family? How about taking a picture which shows the initials of the person you are going to surprise. In this case I chose a colour key processing.

Apples

Apples - sweet and juicy

Currently I'm preparing an apple feature. I have been inspired by a thanks giving exhibition in botanical garden Munich which I popped in by chance. It was amazing to see and smell over 250 different sorts of apples.

Displayed: Golden Delicious, Gravensteiner and Danziger Kant

Cosmea

Cosmea - As if summer could last forever

Days are getting shorter now. But there is a flower which is still prospering bravely as if summer would never end. These days I am looking at cosmea blossoms with two conflicting emotions: I enjoy the last fading summer moments but I always become somehow wistful at the same time.
